Personal Branding Photos – the process

Connection Call
In a free 20-minute video call, we will have a brief personal chat and discuss a possible collaboration.

Strategy phase
To ensure that we can represent you and your brand with the desired effect in the photos, we carefully plan all the details: After the reflection of your brand, the concept development follows in a separate strategy call and further organization for the day of the photoshoot.
3.
Photoshoot
The fun part where the magic happens – we capture professional and authentic pictures that reflect your brand identity.
4.
Photo selection
You can simply select your favorite photos from your personal online gallery to ensure that the pictures are exactly to your taste.
5.
Photo editing & delivery
You will receive your selected photos edited in JPG format in the desired resolution – ready for your professional brand presentation!
Your perfect location for the photoshoot
For photoshoots, I am mainly available in Vienna and southern Burgenland. We can take the photos directly in your office or at an outdoor location of your choice. If a photo studio is desired or more suitable, there is a large selection of different studios in Vienna that can be rented by the hour.
As the choice of backdrop has a major influence on the overall result of your photos, it is crucial that it matches the identity of your brand. In our strategy call, we will find the right location for you together.

Why should I book a photoshoot with you?
The focus is entirely on you and on presenting your personal brand in the best possible way. Together, we will develop a well thought-through concept that is tailored to your wishes and ensures that your personality and brand are shown to their best authentic advantage. This way, you create a trusting connection with your potential customers.
As a fashion school graduate, I can also help you choose your outfits so that you can find the perfect colors and styles for your photoshoot. With that, we ensure that every detail contributes positively to your professional appearance.
What is Personal Branding?
In short, it’s about your person as a brand and how you are perceived by others. Personal branding is therefore particularly important for service providers and small businesses, as the focus here is on personal contact with customers as well as individual skills, expertise and personality.
The goal?
To build trust by communicating your uniqueness, expertise and values to the outside world in order to leave a lasting impression that sets you apart from others in your industry and makes you recognizable.

How far in advance should I request a photoshoot?
Generally speaking, the earlier the better! Experience has shown that requests for personal branding photoshoots should be made at least 3-4 weeks in advance for optimal planning. Especially if a studio is required, as we are dependent on the availability of the rental studio. However, you are also welcome to contact me for appointments at shorter notice – I will take care of finding possibilities for a timely realization.
How long does it take until I receive my photos?
Within two days of the photoshoot, you will receive a link to your personal online gallery with your photos by e-mail. You are free to choose which photos you would like to take. Your selected photos will then be edited by me and made available for download as a JPG in the desired resolution within approx. two weeks.
How much does a photoshoot cost?
The costs depend on the desired scope of the service. Generally speaking, you can expect an investment starting from a mid-three-digit amount. We will discuss the details in the free Connection Call and I will inform you of the specific prices.
What is changed during photo editing?
The photo is first cropped appropriately and the brightness, contrast and colors are adjusted to achieve a harmonious, uniform image look. Distracting elements, whether in the background or on the person (such as noticeable fluff on the clothing or unwanted wrinkles in the fabric), are carefully removed. Finally, small, temporary blemishes such as skin imperfections or protruding hair are retouched – everything else is YOU and will not be changed.
Please note that my image editing is an essential part of the final result and shapes my characteristic image style. For this reason, I do not send unedited photos. My aim is to provide you with a coherent, high-quality end product – which is why you will only receive edited photo material. Please be aware of this before booking a photoshoot.

Since photo editing is a central part of my image style and ensures a coherent and high-quality end result, I only send edited photos in JPG format in the desired resolution.
